Role Overview

The Agency U Coach is responsible for ensuring high client satisfaction through timely communication, proactive support, and consistent engagement. The primary goal is to keep clients fully engaged, reduce churn, and guide them toward their business goals. Success will be measured by client retention, renewals, and overall satisfaction.

This role requires tracking performance metrics, maintaining accurate data, and upholding the highest service standards to deliver clear ROI to our clients.


Responsibilities

Cultivate & Maintain Client Relationships – Foster long-term success with agency clients.

Ensure Clients Experience ROI – Communicate and reinforce the tangible value of Agency U.

Proactive Client Success & Support – Strategize and resolve customer success issues.

Collaborate Across Departments – Work with Sales, Marketing, Support, Billing, and Operations to enhance the client experience.

Regular Client Meetings & Support – Engage with clients via Slack and scheduled calls.

Identify Expansion Opportunities – Ascend clients into new offers or secure renewals.

Stay Updated on Agency U's Offerings – Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services.

Uphold Core Values – Represent Agency U’s mission and values in all interactions.

Suggest Process & Product Improvements – Proactively refine client experience and workflows.

Assist Head Coach in Event Coordination – Support planning and execution of Agency U events.


Qualifications

✔️ 5+ Years Experience in Customer Success Management or Similar Role

✔️ Excellent Communication, Resourcefulness & High Emotional Intelligence

✔️ Strong Leadership & Collaboration Skills – Ability to work across teams.
